Castlerock Fisheries procures raw materials directly from the trawlers
retained on contract along various centres of the West Coast of India.
These catches are picked up from several centres dotting the coast - from
Jakhau in the north to Goa in the south. The raw material is washed at the
centres, packed in insulated boxes with
ice and transported in a fleet of insulated, refrigerated vans to the
nearest processing plants.

Processing
The expertise of 3 decades.
Castlerock Group’s know-how and expertise, gained over three decades, goes into the processing of top quality
seafoods.The products are either flash frozen in 90 minutes through plate freezers and blast freezers or frozen in a matter of minutes in IQF machines.

They are then put in cold storages that are maintained at sub - zero
temperatures. This ensures product freshness over longer time periods.
